Ingredients
- 2 heads of greens ( spinach, swiss chard) washed and chopped
- 4 medium size potatoes, washed and cut into large pieces
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Zoefull's Wild Olive oil
- 1 lemon juice, plus extra slices for serving
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean and chop the greens, and wash and cut the potatoes.
- Peel and dice the garlic.
- Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot and mix thoroughly.
- Secure the Instant Pot lid and ensure the vent is set to sealing.
- Use the manual setting to cook for 15 minutes.
- Once the timer is finished, move the valve to the vent and release all the steam.
- Allow the greens and potatoes to cool slightly before serving with lemon slices.
