Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for other products. A returned supplement cannot be re-sold to another customer for health and safety reasons.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, please contact us immediately at joycenter@zoefull.com with your request and order number. However, if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Kindly note that emails are not monitored outside of working hours.
Orders can be cancelled or refunded at Zoefull's sole discretion.
There are no cooling off periods between us and the Purchaser. All sales are final and can be canceled at our discretion if such a request is made by the Purchaser. Unless expressly specified, payments made to us are non-refundable.
There are no satisfaction guarantees nor warranties.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or quantity. Ensure to take pictures or video of the damage.
Refunds are only permitted in the event of a mistake on our part. If the products we ship to you are incorrect or less than you ordered or damaged, we will rectify the order and / or number of products with no additional cost or shipping charges.
If there are issues with your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail within 7 days of the delivery of the products in question.
Once you notify us, our obligation is to make good any shortage or non-delivery to replace any products that are damaged or defective to arrange for provisions of new services, or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non - Delivery
If you have not received an order within 10 days of placing it, please reach out to us immediately.
We are happy to assist any customers who have not received their orders, provided they contact us at joycenter@zoefull.com within 30 days of placing their order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days and receive an email confirming your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at joycenter@zoefull.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
